1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase
  • Non-returnable items:
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

2. Initiating a Return

  • Order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Our team will provide instructions for returning the product and the shipping address.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or received in error.

4. Refund Process
